Why a game waits for permission
An outside game does not load automatically. The portal first explains which provider receives the connection. Permission is remembered for that provider in this browser, while further choices inside the game remain under the provider’s control.
A blank screen or slow loading
Check your connection and allow the opening screen to load. If it stays blank, stop it and try the direct link or another title. A provider may be temporarily unavailable. You do not need to change browser security settings to keep using the rest of the collection.
Withdraw a previous permission
Reset provider permissions on the privacy page restores the question before the next launch. Remove existing partner cookies through browser settings. Links to each provider’s policy are on the same page.
